Paypal App for Android

Dear All, after dozens of stealth accounts opened on smart phones/tablets using the site www.paypal.com to signup, I tried the Paypal app. Things seem different, as below:
1. apparently there is no need to confirm the attached VCC bought from here; I couldn't find any link to push PP to send the small amounts required for the expouse codes;
2. there is a link "switch account" - so PP allows 2 accounts on one platform? This is supposedly a classic mistake in creating stealth accounts.
Can anybody share some experience with PP app? It seems much better than online based accounts.
