Please help me i need a paypal account with no limits, i heard of the people on here but how can i trust them.

i found a easy fast way to get money fast on ebay, but the account limitations is the only thing in my way, already have two permanently limited account so cant make a new account
And cant use my id and passport and stuff. Can anyone tell me the best way to get past this stuff.

Time and care solves these problems.

PP accounts are subject to limitations without warning at any point for any reason they want or no reason at all.

Just part of the way the system works. You need to just get used to it.

Sounds like you need to get the stealth guide and get to reading friend.
People here are usually nice enough to offer advice but don't expect anyone to be your personal teacher. You need to educate yourself first and put the effort in.
