Issues getting money from paypal
 

hoenstly ****ing hate paypal. paypal made me jump through hoops and asked me for ID and invoices. i provided it to them, then they said my accounts suspended. Then they said i had to wait 180 days for my funds to be available for withdrawal. 170 days after, i put in my bank info AND verified it. 180 days later, i received an email from paypal saying my funds are eligible for withdrawal. I kept trying to withdrawal my money but i keep getting an error "we;re sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later".

I contacted paypal via phone and spoke to the manager. He said they have reason to believe the account does not belong to me. I told him i've provided all the information and waited 180 days. All he can give me is a mailing address to their legal department.

Help me what can i do? F**king hate paypal i hope they go out of business

It is a raising situation we can faces in this period. I also had some accs having that error after 180 days even after the funds eligible email. I've been asked to send ID before have the possibility to withdraw the funds.

I suggest to phone again to customer care and tell them if you need to send scan ID.

Other solution maybe is to try to withdraw from app or using try to spoof browser user agent after cleaning cache and cookies.

Is the account stealth? can the ID that you provided be verified with a 3rd party database?
