Can I use few PayPal's accounts to pay my FB ads fees?

Hi guys.

I have three paypal account with 300-500$ balance and no bank account attached to them.

Is it possible to use them for my FB ads? (Put 1 PP and once all spent will link the other one etc).

Will use new browser\user each time of course, but my question is if Facebook tells PayPal which FB page is exactly spent this payment or the payment just go directly to FB and that's it?
