Can't Withdraw Money

Just sold a phone on eBay and tried to transfer the money to my bank account and i got this message from PayPal

"For security reasons, we need a bit more time to review this transaction. This can take up to 24 hours, but we'll email you as soon as we have an update "

Why have i got this message ?

Fairly standard security measure by PayPal these days. Will probably go through. No need to worry about it now, there is nothing to do except wait for PP to send the transfer.

This is SOP for PayPal these days, esp. on a newish account with limited history. You are likely to get the 24/48/72 hour hold on all withdrawals exceeding a given amount depending on the age/history of the account.

As the account ages and doesn't have any issues, you can expect these holds to decrease or go away completely.

do not worry only take up to 24 hours and you can get $$$ at your bank.

It says Upto 24Hrs yes, i really doubt anything will come in the next few hours

~Ok so the money took 24Hours exactly to arrive.

Just sold something else on eBay and the same " Delayed " message occurred telling me to wait 21hours.
I don't mind waiting but when will i be able to do instant transfers ?

Accounts in which have higher limits and some age no issues. Accounts with similar age but lower limits SOMETIMES have these holds. I have never had any accounts not withdraw though.
