Paypal can know bank accountholder name?

Hi, i want to ask if paypal can track bankaccountholder name if i use this bank account to pay with sepa and withdraw money, thanks to everyone in advance.

If you try to transfer money from bank account to PayPal then the name can be exposed

Withdrawing from PayPal to a bank account is fine though. Name will not get exposed.

When you add the bank account with micro deposit, paypal can and always have been able to see the name. Nothing has changed in this area.

Yes, same as always. Nothing is new or changed in this area. If you want to get your funds safely, you must add your bank account.

they can't know name but can validate it.

Banks aren't allowed to give up personal information to third parties.

yankee's advice is correct about this - microdeposit-takeback or sending money from bank account is only way to send true name to pp

Thanks for the replies guys, i want to ask one more thing here without opening a new tread, what about credit cards like paypal or other prepaids-type cards? they can track true name behind them with the transaction for the verification process?

With italian postepay they didn't sccept mismatches, it maybe only bank but not Paypal...
