Can Paypal track you if you upload docs from same device to 2 different accounts?

When you upload docs you have to upload it from saved files on your device. Is it possible they can actually track if you uploaded docs from same computer to 2 different accs? By where the file's location is on your disk,properties etc.
I dont know how likely that seems but I dont want to make a mistake.
