Paypal Account + Withdraw in Bank Acc
 

Hello here,

I'm new and french (so sorry for my english).

I get perma restricted on Paypal...
So i can't creat another Paypal account with my infos ... (CC and IBAN)
How can i do for creat another Paypal account and withdraw on my Bank Account?
Should i creat another bank account ? Is it possible in "one click"? How about the Credit Card?
And if i creat another Bank account, i need to transfer on my real Bank after.

- New IP on a new user account on your computer (I only use windows so no idea about other systems). I personally use mobile dongles to get a new IP.
- New info such as name, address, DOB. Don't use someone elses real details unless they have given you permission to do so.
- New bank account. You may be able to create a sub-account on your existing bank account or just open one with another bank. In your own name.
- New VCC (virtual credit card). Search the forum for ideas.

Don't start selling high value or high risk items. Take it slow.
