PayPal account for sending only
 

Hey everyone! Right now I'm trying to purchase some VCCs for eBay and pp to make a new stealth account. Im going to be paying with paypal, but as some of you know, I can no longer claim money to my balance without ssn. It also does not allow me to send the money using my bank for funding. I know that it is okay to have a buying only eBay account, does this apply for paypal too? I would only send money with it (and not too often). I would never receive payments with it or keep money in its balance. Hopefully this makes sense and someone can help me out. Thanks!

I have successfully made eb/pp buying only accounts on an old address - resist temptation to turn it into a seller account and apply same stealth principles (learn them)

So I can't use my old IP address even for a buying only account?

It's difficult to say 100% certain - for buying, sure - for selling, not worth overlapping IP.

I have used old IP for buying account in the past...way at beginning of my stealth journey...out of laziness actually
