Can't figure out how to confirm the VCC added to my US paypal

I added a VCC to a use PP account, when I click update card, it just shows the card details and asks if I want to remove card, I can't figure out how to confirm the VCC added to my US paypal, I can't see any place where I am required to confirm the card or anything like that, would this be a problem for my account?
