Need New EIN

Recently, a business PayPal account that was used for my LLC was suspended. I do have another PayPal account that I intend on using to receive payments on Ebay and will need to set it up with a bank account soon.

What I am wondering is if I can somehow still put to use this LLC by obtaining a new EIN. I obviously cannot use the old one when I end up entering tax information on this other PayPal account I have.

I think you'll have to create a new ein, which is quite easy to do actually, and then create a new llc. The old llc would be tied to your old ein i would imagine, and that can cause a link.

Was hoping that there was a way to salvage this LLC that I already created. It cost like $500 or so. Would hate for it to go completely to waste.

Could I set up a DBA and get an EIN for that?
