Im planning to make a Canadian pp to avoid sending in ssn. Has anyone tried or have done it?

Ive heard Canadian PayPals are safer because of that but they just have higher fees.

That's what I am afraid about also. I have heard that putting in a US bank is fine.
I do not feel like that is true and need to confirm with you guys

Yes Canadian bank is safer since they do not required ssn
