Paypal won’t let me send and receive balance between accounts.
 

So I’m having 2 accounts as a buyer not bounded to me and one that’s my personal one. I just use paypal to buy not to sell. So sometimes I move x amounts of money in betweeen this accounts let’s say one is linked to my psn and the other is solely used to buy stuff online therefore the main account being the one that sends them money. Suddenly my account got froze. I had 1k between the 3 accounts and had to call them telling them I was the actual owner of the 3 of them. They unfroze my balance used it but I tried to pull off the same of using the 3 of them at the same time and again it won’t even let me send money to my already verified accounts and it’s a little bit frustrating because as I l reside outside of the states I need an American bound paypal to link it to my psn and stuff. I’ve tried making new accounts (no vpn no anything) successfully created them with new email and everything but now it says it won’t let me link up my credit card. And in the last 3 old accounts I can link my credit card. Now I’m having this unlink link game going on between these paypal accounts but can’t send any money between them or the new ones.

Pd: any type of help or guidance will be useful as I’m not knowledgeable about this
