Can Paypal see the name in a VISA debit card?
 

I have a Paypal account that is already verified through a Mastercard VCC. However a representative told me that in order for him to enable sending and receiving funds I need to add a VISA card and I have to be the its owner.
My question is, if I add another person's VISA card, can Paypal see that it's on a different name?

Also does Paypal send a code to the bank everytime you add a card or just the first time you verify an account?

You cannot add a real card to a stealth account. The address wont match so it wont let it add

I can easily match the address, thats not a problem. Actually neither the bank or Paypal have ever required me to verify the address.
But can they see name on the card?
