Just Received This From PAYPAL , anyone Had Similar Trouble ?
 

just received from paypal this message .. i am selling signs .. one of them for band music team but had no idea it is not allowed to sell like it , sell many other signs with no problem .. that sign i never sell any of it.. just listed at my store but never sell any of it .

We received a court order on June 21, 2018, affecting your access to your
PayPal account due to possible infringement of intellectual properties of
xxxxxx. Until further notice, your ability to send payments, receive
payments, withdraw funds, or access the funds in your PayPal account has
been limited.

A judgment order may follow and require us to take further actions on the
funds in your PayPal account. If you have any questions about this
infringement action, it is important that you contact the plaintiff's
representative outlined below to respond to this issue:

Start a new ebay/paypal for one to keep cashflowing. You need to figure out who got the court order and not sell those items anymore.

I would call paypal right away and see what they have to say.

Hi,

I just received the same court order you mentioned in your post (intellectual property violation), which is now preventing me from withdrawing any funds from PayPal. I had no prior notice (email, mail, court service, etc) from the complaining company (a Chinese company). I called PayPal they were no help. I have to wait until tomorrow to contact my attorney. I'm curious what happened in your situation and if you had any advice.

Contact rights holder and settle out of court for less than you have in paypal. I made $10,000 and got letter like that (not frozen paypal) and settled for $1650. So I netted $8350 instead of 10k, still a nice win.
