Which prepaid bank account is still good for Paypal verify?
 

Paypal is asking for bank account to re-verify despite VCC being attached. I've done research here and the following prepaid cards are frequently mentioned. Which one is still good to add to Paypal in June.2018?

I Do NOT need to withdraw funds, just wanna use one for Paypal verification.

To my understanding, non of those work and you must use a real bank. VBA has been long gone in the UK.

Nope i'm interested in U.S. prepaid card with an account.

For instance I'm using Worldfirst for amazon and their customer service says that many customer of them use worldfirst's usa account for paypal withdrawal?
