phone 'security check'
 

Hey guys,
I have old paypal account (stelath) that I back to use like month ago,
I was stupid and changed ip (move from vps to anthoer) and now when I am trying to send money its giving me the phone 'security check', I really dont know what to do, I have a big amount inside of it.. I dont have the phone number in the account of course, I can edit and add numbers, but I dont live in US and have phone number. I tried use google voice and they say the number isnt on my name..
What should I do? I cant send money..
Someone maybe sell service and want to help me? (even willing to pay)

No service is going to work. You need to add a real phone number and let the account sit for 2-3 weeks and then try again.

real phone number have to be with the name on the account?
how this even know what the name on the phone, its even legal?
And how I will get real us number, I am not even living there \=

Very unlikely you would have to do that.

Usually, if you try once a day it disappears after 2-3 days
