I have never send items via shipping.
So i can not provide the trackung number.
What can i do?
If someone can help me to remove this limit.

Assuming you're not getting f&f payments and you're selling digital items, just buy the cheapest tracking for the ones they're asking for? Wait a day and if that doesn't work then throw a little thank you card in a tiny package and mail it to them so it shows delivery. You might lose a few bucks but it's better than having it all tied up for 6 months and not getting verified and losing the ability to sell.

If you are selling advert on your website you dont need to ship anything

So i cannot understand this :-(

If this is the case, call paypal and find out exactly what they need. If they deem you high risk, they they will permanently suspend the account anyways. IF the system asked for something impossible to have and Paypal decides you are not high risk, they will lift the limitation.

The advise that you need to follow is phone them

They dont reply to emails

When your account is limited on this level, you need to contact them, because nobody here has access to PayPal's backend systems.

The only methods of contacting them are basically email and phone call.

They don't tend to reply to emails for users who have been limited. They usually fob them off with generic canned responses.

You're ONLY hope for ANY assistance is by giving them a call.

Any reason why you don't want to call?

PayPal doesn't have live chat support. I don't recall them ever having it.

Phoning is your best option here

You can also email them 4/5 times and someone may well then reply to one of the emails

I'm sure it's a country thing, but what am I missing? Is it harder to generate tracking numbers there? I generated the 5 they asked for on my account and was back up and running in under 12 hours.

Im not selling items by shipping.
If you are selling adverts or photo you dont need to ship anything

Granted that's true. But will they know if you're supposed to ship? Meaning why cant you just ship something/anything? You need to provide proof of shipping on something that cant be shipped, it appears they aren't seeing that so what's wrong with just shipping a thank you note? If asked then you shipped documentation on the ads or photos they bought. PayPal wants tracking numbers - so supply them? PayPal isnt going to know or care what's in the package, just that you're shipping what you're selling. Your account is lost as you dont want to call them so what does it hurt to try?

A thanks letter is just an excuse as to why they received something in the mail instead of an empty package. You dont care what's in the package, all you need is that little tracking number.

How many tracking numbers is PayPal asking for? Go to the store, buy that many thank you cards, buy some tissue paper and get some boxes. Write "Just a little Thank you for your business" on the cards, present them nicely in the box, take the boxes and ship them to their addresses and upload the tracking numbers to PayPal.

You now have the tracking numbers PayPal needs. You now have packages that will actually show delivered to the correct location. And you sent something that wont raise suspision with your customers.

The only way this wont work is - as I've stated before - you're getting friends and family payments and you dont have the address.

All of that should cost less than the reward you're offering.

I cant explain it any clearer. It's exactly what I do when I need to show tracking numbers that I dont have.

And what's the issue? Seems clear to be done - keep in mind that even if you do all this stuff for pp, you may still be denied reinstatement - PP is known to do this...
