Unable to add bank account to Paypal

Hi this happened to 2 Paypal accounts of mine.

I was trying to add bank account to Paypal. But the system warning keeps popping out:

" We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. "

I tried to do the micro deposit verification first, deposits did came to my bank account but i forgot to verify it. bank account was gone from paypal system, several weeks later I was trying to add it again but the error popped out.

So we are talking about a US PayPal here?

Or a UK account with a US bank account being added?
