Paypal suspension is unrelated to eBay, can I link another account to eBay?
 

Hello,

If someone has some experience with this i'd really appreciate a response.

The Paypal I was using with eBay was suspended for reasons completely unrelated to eBay. If I change to a relatives Paypal account (through their IP address) for my eBay for checkout payments, could this potentially hurt either accounts? Does Paypal monitor my actions on eBay? I'm not using a stealth account.

Thank you. This has happened to you before? I figured there might be hope since eBay had nothing to do with my suspension.

It's not whether or not Ebay had anything to do with it, it's that ebay is you and PayPal banned you. They will see you trying to use someone else's account and will ban it and most likely alert ebay who will then ban you as well.

@OP, don't use relatives' accounts and cause them problems potentially. Let their information be.

just out of curiosity if a paypal gets banned is it advisable to remove/delete the link from the ebay account?
Does ebay see if a linked paypal in your profile is limited?
