I want to create a new paypal, and purchase a vcc or vba from someone on this site. However , heres the catch. I have a business account with 55 dollars on it. I need a step by step procedure on how I will be able to create a new paypal, then verify it with a vcc. Then still be able to send the money from the business account to my newly verified paypal, WITHOUT getting limited on my newly verified account.

I also need help figuring out how i can create a canadian paypal and send payments to my verified account without getting it limited.

I would greatly appreciate any ideas/help! You people seem like a load of help <3
