Paypal limited account asking for invoice, id and tracking
 

My paypal account has been limited, I have sold a phone that i received as a payment for making a website for someone on a forum from America, I have sold the phone through ebay and did next day delivery to the buyer. I have added tracking number and my photo id to paypal but I do not have an invoice. Has anyone ever bypassed this invoice requirement in any way or anyone dealt with it by adding a phake invoice? I don't want my paypal to be limited for another 180 days. Any help would be very much appreciated.

If it's a legit PayPal just call them and explain the situation.

If your wanting to purchase documents to appeal limitation, secondeyesolution is your best bet

@ OP, I don't think you'll need to go that far if they are only wanting invoice for one specific item. As long as their was no red flags with the phone you sold (ex: selling an "iPhone x" for $500 when the market is double that), and you can submit everything else they as asking for. I would just submit everything else and call in and tell them you received the phone as a gift for your bday.

you have to provide paypal with what they want

if you have legitimate invoices its a very easy limitation to resolve

Had the same thing happen to me. Photoshop is your friend for certain items. In the end I needed to call because some transactions showed as not shipped. The rep on the phone just needed an eBay screenshot showing transactions have been processed. The limit has been removed ever since.

Legit in this context means your real name, ID and the UK equivalent of a SSN.

If you only sold 1 phone and already uploaded id just call them and tell them you don't have an invoice and you are not a cell phone seller.
