Account has been permanently limited. Need Help!!!
 

Hello guys! I'm new to this forum, and just got problem with paypal account has been permanently limited.

I have an US Paypal created since 2016.
On June 27, 2018 I have added my dad bank called "Payoneer" and the bank account was under my dad name different from my Paypal account. after that June 28, 2018 I try to send money from my Paypal balance 400$ to my friend and then got an email from Paypal saying..

" We recently noticed an issue with your account.

What's the problem?

We noticed some unusual activity in the bank account linked to your PayPal
account. Because of this issue, your account has been permanently limited and my Paypal balance 94$ got held by them for 180 days."

If anyone have facing this problem and can out money before 180 days, kindly please help share with me. I need help to get out money from this Paypal holding 180 days. If anyone can help me I much really appreciate and thanks full.
