Question about PayPal on mobile devices.
 

So I was wondering if your mobile 4g LTE connection resets the IP address after you reboot the device.

I'm curious because recently my paypal was limited, I have only really logged on from my phone. I want to make a new paypal account on my phone, but I'm wondering if it will be considered the same IP address.

Just wondering if anyone has experience using a 4g connection for paypals. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Hi, welcome to the forum.
You can do the test yourself turning on and off your device (or airplane mode on/off) and check your IP address online on sites like ipburger.
Your IP should be changed I guess.

What is dangerous using more than one account on mobile is the app.
Apps shares a lot of informations so are not suitable for stealth accounts.

The IP address from a mobile device is fine. The problem you will have is if you have any cookies or if you open any emails. All stealth readers MUST go into gmail settings and set "show images=prompt" because the images have beacons and you will get linked from that. They need more than one piece of information and a matching IP + a matching beacon is bad.
