Paypal Blocked - Can I set up another in married name? Or stealth?

Hi,
A few years back my eBay/paypal went down as it was associated with a blocked account.

I was just wondering if I could set up a new one, using my now married name and new bank/home address?

If not, should I go down the stealth route? Im not really sure about how to go about this and who is good to purchase from?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Always best to use correct details whenever possible. That way its easier to upload info if/when Paypal limit the account.
Married name, new address and new bank should be fine.

You can always go stealth if it doesnt work.

New name, address, bank account, laptop, ip address.....

If all that's changed then you are a new person. No issues opening a new account in your real details.

To avoid getting linked, just start fresh with new information.
