I was finally able to send money but only once...
 

So I've had this account for about 4 days now and I made a couple posts about not being able to buy anything on this PayPal but I was just trying a couple things tonight and I was finally able to send money from the Stealth account to my own account. However, after some excitement I decided to see if I could do it again after I walked away. I came back and tried to send another payment of the same amount (Only $10 USD) only to be greeted with the same message I've been getting which is that "We weren't able to complete this transaction. Please try again later." So I've been trying ever since for about the last 30 minutes or so trying to figure out how I got through but I can't replicate it. My question is, was this a system glitch or was this just PayPal slowly getting used to the IP I accessing the account on and allowing me to only send one payment today?

Did you try to send the $10 to the same account as the previous transaction? That probably put up a red flag. It's not a glitch, it's their security system flagging the transaction as a risk, and your repeated attempts aren't helping.

No first time ever sending something to that account. Probably right about repeated attempts not helping but for a minute I thought I was finally back and I wanted to be back so bad so I kept trying lol
