does paypal no longer unlock payment after 21 days?
 

sorry for my english, i from italy. i need one information.... I noticed that now by marking an order sent or processed the payment is not updated more than 7 days but says invalid. I thought it was a technical problem of the moment, but I noticed that now and also changed the mail that comes after the payment that is made, priama was like this:

Mark the item as "Shipped" on the "Transaction Details" page. The money will be available within 7 days from the shipping date (14 days in case of international shipments).

If the item does not need shipping (e-books, music, etc.), mark the order as "Processed" and provide details on the "Transaction Details" page. The money will be available within 7 days from the date you marked the order as "Processed" (14 days if the customer resides abroad).

Upload a valid tracking code. PayPal will release the payment within 1 day from the confirmation of delivery.

Your customers will receive an email notification once you have uploaded the tracking data and can confirm that you have received the item corresponding to the description. The money will be released immediately after confirmation of the buyer.




and really changed the system and does not work anymore? or are they problems? and why did they change the message?

It's hard to follow your post (not good English).

A person's account status changes often. One day you have no limits and the next you have 21-day hold limits. When this happens it means PayPal deems your account higher risk and you generally want to slow things down otherwise you may get further limits on your account.

Regarding your question, "does paypal no longer unlock payment after 21 days?"

As far as I know, PayPal releases payments with those holds at 21 days. I haven't experienced anything other than that

yes sorry for my english, I say that before when I placed an order sent or processed it gave me a valid tracking and shortened the unlocking to 7 days, now it says invalid tracking and remains at 21. ora in rare case the traking is valid but remains at 21 some.

If you have shipped and its devered, call them and say ts delivered and provide tracking.. now they release after 1 day only....
