Paypal Withdrawal Error Message?!?!

Hey guys,

So I tried to do my 1st bank transfer on a new account a few days ago and received this error message which I have never seen before...

I made 2 additional attempts after 72 hours and after another 24 hours with no change...

Any Idea how I should deal with this?

How was this BA verified? Using microdeposit or instant method?

Looks like they just don't want you to withdraw then. Any risky behavior on the account?

Try with a different device (if possible), mobile if you can.

Otherwise this is usually resolved after a few days
