Added VCC yet Paypal wants me to add bank to verify my account.

is this normal? I added a VCC but paypal are asking for a bank to verify the account, shouldn't a VCC be enough to verify the account?

Thanks, you learn something new everyday, so for those running stealth US paypal accounts, do you guys ALWAYS open new bank accounts for every new stealth US paypal account you create?

That's what I do. The banks that I use allows me to open up multiple checking and savings accounts.

TBH, quite a lot of US stealthers used to avoid addinga bank account. But recent changes with bluidy Paypal, mean bank accounts are needed now.

Are you thinking of running another USaccount?
