Starting PP 90 days hold - Please Help!
 

Hi guys!

Do you guys know how to start the pp 90 days time?
Is it with one Transaction and the time starts?

I think he means the 90 days that will supposedly make the 21 day hold stop.

If you mean to get the holds off of transactions you have to meet a few requirements and even then the holds can be reapplied at any time.

What are the requirements? I heard of 25 transactions.

DOn't worry about the 21 day hold. Just sell, ship fast, upload tracking and ask for positive feedback. It'll go away much faster than you think

There is no exact answer, I mean it doesn't depend only on the a number of days after the first-sale, it maybe :

The items you're selling.
The prices of items
Delivery time
Any opened disputes
Buyers feedback
Your withdrawals (how often, how much per withdrawal?)

All what you need to do is to start slowly, do your best to offer a fast shipping and a good customer support.

Keep in mind that the hold may be applied again for some transactions, but after establishing a good selling history, you'll get rid of it.

Note: It depends on the country, in some european countries they require a number of sells and 60 or 90 days after the first-sale, to remove the hold, while in other countries they don't mention what you need to do in order to remove it, so you just keep selling until it disappears.

Can withdrawals cause problems? I don’t like leaving any money in pp. how much is too much to withdraw in one go? Thanks

Think a common sense approach helps here, most of my withdraws were around in the initial stagings - £30/40/50. I then start to build it up as more sales occur to three figures, eg £100-200. But generally always leave a small balance in the account; helps with fees and any returns etc. That said, i then made a withdraw for £570 and it went straight through, no problem.

Hit a snag when PP asked for the documents (again) due to the EU limit, submitted and they declined them so have limited the account. Thus leaving me with three figures in the account now for 180 days.
