eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - A question about Paypal

I can't answer your question for sure, but they probably won't let you link a US eBay account (with a USA address) to a Canada Paypal account with a Canada address. I'm interested to know if it's possible though.

I suggest what rsot mentions in point #3 above. I can say from experience you would not have problems if you started a Canada eBay + Canada Paypal, and then created all of your listings on eBay.com with a "ship from" location somewhere in USA.

The process would likely be smoother using eBay and Paypal accounts of the same country.
