Withdraw paypal balance to gift or prepaid cards for cash at ATM?

Hello, is it possible to add a gift or prepaid card like the vanilla or AMEX cards to a stealth paypal account and withdraw your balance to the card then withdraw cash at a ATM? (USA) thanks.

Nope.
It has to be a real debit card that belongs to a real bank account.
The BIN number (first 6 digits of the card) tells paypal all they need to know to identify the card.
