NEW paypal cannot check out on ebay

just created new ebay and paypal

paypal uses prepaid CC , and google voice verified. No bank linked.

no problem using paypal to pay 1st $75 buying an item

no way to check out and buy the 2nd item .. it says paypal needs to be verified by sending SMS .. i clicked OK; but paypal never sent SMS, so no way to verify and buy another item

Try asking them to send the text again. Works sometimes.

Yea, just have them send the number again and you should also send yourself something to that number. If it is connected via email check the spam.
