I have confirmed bank and card on PayPal but withdraw limit still is on
 

Alright so I have a bank and card attached to my PayPal stealth but when I go to the page that says "See how much you can send with PayPal" it tells me I have a 1,000 withdraw limit and when I click remove limit, the confirmed bank account is the only one with a check mark but not the card. Any idea why this may be?

Did you confirm the card, by entering the PayPal 4 digits?

Did you just add the card? or did you actually link it?
Linking it means they charged the card and the transaction would show a 4 digit code (expuse code) on your card statement that would then be entered in your paypal account.
If this process wasn't completed you can do so by clicking on link card in the 'lift limits' page you mentioned.

Yeah I think I was misinformed by someone because they told me all I had to do was just add it which didn't sound right because the PayPal account I bought already had a VCC on there. But anyway, what card would you recommend for getting those 4 digit codes to lift the limit? Just a personal debit card or do you go somewhere else that you can recommend.
