I have a ghost PayPal account that doesn’t have any real information. I have had several PayPal accounts shut down in the past for too many FF payments both ways so I just started using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information. I run “razzes” on Facebook groups that are basically forms of gambling. I did one for an item that equals about $350. PayPal put my withdraws in pending and now are asking for personal information that I can’t provide because the original information is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. What is my best option?

If your can't provide information your account will be limited and funds held for 180 days until you're able to withdraw.

I suggest making higher quality accounts.. accounts in which you can provide information if requested by PayPal is best. Unless your account is becoming limited for other reasons

The best way moving forward is to follow the step by step outlined inthe ebay stealth guide.

You can't be reckless in creating your accounts because they make you good money.

The issue is that if they ask for my licenses they will see my other PP is banned then they ban my new one. Does it work to use a google voice number?

Do you think I’ll get the money eventually released? They did for my last account they froze.

In MOST cases, after 180 days your money should be released. Nothing is 100% but just have to wait it out.

Facebook gambling? PP probably picks up on this

Last question, is it viable to just have them make refunds to people if those people will send to a new pp? I’m not verified still though. Will they ask for that stuff first?

Not viable unless your new pp is done smartly. Again, pp can pick up on all this activity - it's not a stupid system :(
