I created a PP some months ago, got the first payment and i got limited.
Now they want all this documents.
Is it possible to verify it? Or should i forget it and buy a verified one?

I recommend giving them docs, but ultimately its your choice to either dump more money/time into this one account or just get another.

It depends how much money is in the account honestly... you can turn and burn or get some "creative" documents.

Docs will cost almost as much as an verified acc.

You can buy acc and you can also try to send them docs and wait to see the result.

Is that payment related to a sold "new" item ? I am asking because I do not understand why they request an invoice.

Well its an digital Item (social media service) so i guess its a new item.
Maybe they want to check my real identiy by sending them an invoice where my "name" is written.

Yes they asked for documents to prove you identity and that you have legit supplier.

It is risky item for first sale. At the beginning start with low value/low risk "used" items, imo. And make few backup accounts.

Given you got limited the moment you received payment, just don't repeat the same mistake with your new Paypal - should you decide to start from scratch. Clearly something caused it to become limited.

During a forum search, this thread popped up for me, I'm having the same problem on my account.

I've provided PayPal with what they need, yet now they're stalling with the answer. It was supposed to be answered in 2 business, but much more than that has passed and I'm getting no answer. I think they're stalling because the end of the month is approaching and that's when you have to pay the eBay Seller Fees, but obviously I'm unable to do so, because I cannot move the money with the account being limited.

So just like @Play suggested 1 post above you, I'll just start new and kiss that account goodbye. I'm also wanting to buy an account, but will try a couple of trials on my own with the help of eBay Stealth book, so I don't limit the bought account.
