paypal limits cant refund
 

Hi can someone please help , I cant refund customers because paypal have limited my account because of suspicious activity but I have not done anything wrong and have evidence on who I am and sent info and still not got it sorted , I wish too attach another paypal account too my usa ebay and use the stealth if it works that way ive no idea what too do please advice . paypal are making my life hell when I cannot even refund customers .

Attaching a new paypal is just not going to work

You will want to go full stealth. Best place to start is the stealth guide.

IF you wish to refund customers, you will need to call PP and have an agent refund them - won't necessarily reinstate your PP this way though

In order to refund customers you can contact paypal... you used to be able to refund them yourself but what people would do is refund everyone and ask for payment outside of ebay or that paypal.
