Seriouls Can Paypal Call Your Bank And Know Whos' Behind it ?

Ok i've been soaking up all the information offered on this board and have been doing pretty well on stealth ebay/paypal accounts. However recently i listed three auctions under three different accounts and all the buyers paid. then 4 hours later after i wasted printing a shipping label all my accounts got limited with the (OMARCP Notice). I was banned from paypal before so i consider that they called my bank account to see who the account owner is and knowing that could have caused my limitations. I mean i am confused right now because everything was done stealth(new ebay, ip, phone #,gift card,etc) there is now way of linkage unless they know who is behind the bank account.

Nope paypal cant and if a bank did give them this info they could get in some serious trouble as to that is illegal.

Correct. Look at the privacy statement from your financial institutions. They would not risk the penalty.

PP could contact your CC for any info that could be seen if the card were in their hand. But that's about it. Possibly they called your CC to verify name as appears on card, expiration, stuff like that. And if you gave stealth name but name on card is real or other name than stealth name, they could have tagged it there.

Otherwise, something else did you in and you need to study your procedure very hard, to see what it might be.
