hello ,

been a few yrs since i have posted ... started a new ebay account 2 years ago and its aged well , 400/ 31,000

was selling stuff ( all legit ) and when i tried to list items last night it wouldnt let me , after some digging around on my paypal account which is stelth , i have come to find out i CAN NOT USE my email address to accept payments on ebay listings until i verify myself for TAX PURPOSES

my papal account is a business account and i can nto change that , theres asking for a SSI number or EIN number or a ITIN number

i used a stelth name and address and idk if it can work to add an EIN number and such ...

open to suggestion please

my option would be to open a new paypal account and add the bank account i have listed on my current account ?

Do you have a SSN on the account?

If you open another paypal use a different IP and different Information, as in set up a new stealth account, so that the 2 do not get linked.

Add your EIN so it doesnt interrupt your cash flow.

altending360, before asking these first you should ask if OP is based in the USA ...?

Silly us, his flag says US, but you're correct, who the heck knows... ? :)

i dont have a EIN number ..... its a stelth name and address and business name

i wouldnt even know how to obtain one

Well I suppose that you are right. I just outright assumed, since he was flying the US flag. Sorry about that. It is also more advantageous for someone in the US to have a US account.

Is your stealth account a US account? If it is an you are a citizen you can get an ein in all of 5 minutes.

The irs website has the info as well as numerous posts here. Search for ein
