An odd pickle to be in
 

I just had a dormant, but healthy account get a limitation from Paypal. They are requesting the typical 1099 "because the name doesnt match". The problem is, I filed the taxed through software that allowed you to absorb EIN's and total your revenue. The tax documents would show another stealth EIN. Is there a way that I can avoid this or resolve?

PP is on the warpath lately with this kind of stuff.

They are having a bit of a crack down worldwide. Each year they make it a bit harder but we still stay several steps ahead of them!

I may have found a solution to this. I realized I have had this happen before. Hopefully, they accept the paperwork like last time.

It seems paypal is getting tough and the method is not working. My EIN is registered to my real name and not my stealth name, obviously. The bad part is my real name is tied to a closed account. Do you think they will over look this first and last name as a possible separate person same name? Or would they insta-ban this paypal?
