Paypal to PSN

Ok stupid question, where can i buy and *gift* Playstation network codes with paypal? I had bought one but now paypal says (sorry we cannot complete your purchase at this time). I have tried not touching the account for a couple days wondering if I should keep waiting or if anyone here knows a different place to buy.

The more youll try to do it the higher the chance of paypal noticing the pattern and shutting you down.
Not worth the risk.

yeah that why I tried a couple sites that acct used previously hopefully after a couple days it will be fine
