Recent experience about bank transfer vs instant card transfer
 

I did experiment on PayPal fund transfer recently. I found the following:

I transferred the fund to bank account but got 72 hours review.
I wondered what would happen if I used instant card transfer So
I did instant card transfer about 5 min. after bank account transfer.
It processed immediately and fund available in 15 min.
Apparently PayPal just would like to keep your fund longer
for free service ( bank transfer ). There is 1% service fee for
instant card transfer so PayPal released it immediately..

Chances are if you'd done a 2nd bank transfer instead of card withdrawal, it would have gone through without the 72hr review. I've never got the withdrawal review twice in a row. I don't think there's really been enough research done for you to jump to conclusions such as this. It's a new feature and there have already been several reports of people having their card withdrawal cancelled almost instantly.

Does the name have to match if you do instant card transfer?

Yes. It is business account ( with EIN ). I transfer it to my personal
bank account.

Are you on pp.com or pp.ca? Bit of differences between the 2 platforms for payment withdrawal options...

ah i see.. so on pp.com youre able to transfer your balance to a cc?

There's a thread about this - I don't know all the details about whether the option WORKS but there was an option showing for withdrawal to credit card.

OP might be talking about bank card though...

It is there ( US PayPal ). I am not sure about PayPal Canada.
