Yeah Luminati in cooperation with HolaVPN is doing some "shady" business.
Hola modified few years their TOS to include a notice that its users are acting as exit nodes for the Luminati service, belonging to the same group than HolaVPN.

If you are aware of it, HolaVPN is completely FREE VPN Service. By installing their App, you basically allow them to use your IP for their Residential Proxy Network but also for the VPN itself. It's a community powered VPN (Simply said, you agree to act for me as VPN while I do the same).
And how many really exactly read those long TOS before installation?
