Paypal US bank account obligatory?
 

Hello.
Is it necessary to add bank account to paypal US account? Or it will be enaugh with CC attached and confirmed ?

Depends what you want to do with the account really

Main reason for adding a bank account is making it a lot easier to cash out

My suggestion is to add a bank account. It is so much harder to cash out without it. There are occasions where paypal wont even let you accept payment without adding a bank account. Are you a US citizen?

No im not US cittizen.

Why do you need a US pp then? Go for European based one that is more manageable on your end.

It maybe a better idea to use a PP from your actual country in that case

I seriously recommend not using a USA Paypal if you don't have a USA bank account you can attach.

More and more often Paypal is not giving merchants access to the funds in USA Paypal accounts until a USA bank account is added. USA users on new accounts are told they must verify their account with an SSN in order to use their Paypal balance to make any kind of purchases. If you don't verify your account with an SSN Paypal will only allow you to withdraw to your USA bank account.

So you could potentially receive a bunch of payments and never have a way to access them.

I often hear that it's recommended to attach bank to your account rather than VCC. It might give you more credibility in eyes of PAYPAL (not sure 100%, these are just speculations).

These days adding a bank account to a USA Paypal isn't just recommended it's required unless you plan to add a SSN. Otherwise you'll get the "claim it" message and you won't be able to access your money.
