Can I sell with personal Paypal account?
 

So i just created a personal PP account with a fresh US IP.
My question is how safe is it if i want to sell with personal account?
Will it get limited? I want to create PP buttons for my site from this account.

Second question: In the registration i added a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ number. I will replace it soon with a real number and verify it. Will it be an issue?
I read many times that PP dont like number changing. What do u think?

You can sell with your personal account, however if you sell a ton of stuff... paypal will push you towards upgrading. Paypal can limit you and request documents at any time. Sometimes it is the 1st item sometimes it is 25 items in. They do not like any type of change really. They want verification for everything and if the name doesnt match the phone number they sometimes do not let you add it.

Start off slow with low amounts and build up and you'll be okay. Personal PayPals are great for selling just need to grow slowly and try to switch between PayPal accounts if you can or have a few to send payments to spread them out.

One of my best accounts is using a personal paypal and not had any problems.

Its okay to send a small amount from my real paypal like 2-3$ to get started?

I think you can change the number easy if the actual one is not yet verified.
Sending small accounts from your real paypal to you stealth paypal? well the question here how important is your privacy.

Thats true. I mean if i "buy" something with my real PP from the stealth PP.
I am planning to use the stealth paypal for an offshore site.
Basically if i buy with my real paypal its like a customer is buying something.

But i tried this with my singapore paypal before and then i got limited immediately!

I read US Paypal is different it will not get limited that easily.

Did you ever have to provide documents for your stealth PP?

USA Paypal accounts are the hardest type to work with, by far. As a non-USA citizen you would run into all kinds of problems which you wouldn't be able to get around if you started doing business on a USA Paypal.

Your own country/platform for which you have easier access to banks and resources...

There is no real "safest/easiest" Paypal - security is going up all the time

Agreed. A PP from your own country would be the easiest to work with.

Why didnt you link a number from the beginning. These are stealth Rules. Its going to be a big issue. You should probably link one asap. May not show up for a few months.

SO THE best thing is to get another IP and a number ready and create a new account or should i risk to add a new number to the current account and verify if ?

Edit: Also i have a question about email i should use.
Should i use gmail or yahoo or it does not matter?
I have some Gmails which are not used

I created another paypal and verified the number from beginning. Also verified the email.

Then i got Euro payment from Germany, it was 26€ or 28$
After that i got limited! They want me to provide documents: https://imgur.com/hoWn0oZ

why is that? because of the payment or something else?

What can i do now? i got payment and i shipped the item i sold to a customer.

In what category was your first sale? I am trying to determine if you were selling something risky

No category. He just send me the payment via his paypal as goods.

Also he did not add payment info in his payment.

Did the buyer can not do anything when he received the item?
Can he tell paypal he got the item he paid and then i dont need provide shipment proof?

Receiving a direct payment on a brand new account is why you were limited. It's best go make sure accounts have a natural-looking history of sales (on eBay or another platform) before you start receiving that kind of payment.

No change to get the account verified. I dont want to sell on ebay
I have an online shop and forum sellings.
Do they want passport Id for the photo proof?

I don't know since I can't see what they are requesting of you. If they're asking for photo ID sometimes a drivers license will work but sometimes they will insist on a passport.

All I'm saying is you need to find some way to age your account with natural looking transactions before you start receiving direct payments. Otherwise this will keep happening to account after account.
