trying to link paypal to depop but keeps coming up with

linked a vcc and mobile is verified as well as email
account isnt limited
anyone know a fix?

How new is the Paypal?

In my experience you cant setup any payments for 2/3 weeks after setting up the account. Until you have some history and cookies etc.
