Debit/credit card Singapore paypal

Hi guys, I'm from singapore and read the stealth guide already. I created another savings account (previous savings account plus debit card linked got paypal banned), should i use the debit card that is given with the new savings account?

If can't, should i just get a prepaid credit card instead? As i'm in singapore, there are limited options for a prepaid credit card. Which do u guys recommend? For example, MatchMove Mastercard. Thanks!
