Adding your own bank card to PayPal , same sort code, same real name

I ordered a new separate bank card to use with my new stealth account and all details are different but it came with the same sort code and same real name (from a blocked account)... But card number and account number are different... is this ok?

They cannot see the name on cards

The sort code being the same is fine all that matters is its a new account number.
