Paypal name does not match ein asking for W9 form
 

So I got the letter from paypal stating my EIN and Business name dont match what they have on file.
I checked it does match

They sent me the 1099k on paypal, and the info matches as far as EIN and LLC name, and has my stealth address on it.

They are asking for the W-9 Form,

at the top it has a space for "name (as shown on your income tax return)

Then the second line says "business name/disregard entity name, if different from above"

Now can I just use the EIN or Business name on the top line where it asks for Name? Or are they expecting the name of a person here?

I have my EIN set up as a LLC.

I also did not file my LLC as an S-Corp Or C-corp.
