Simon Card With Paypal
So my friend didnt completely understand what he was doing and he bought a simon card for $500 thinking what if he wanted to buy something with his new stealth account. It got me thinking...
If you buy something with a visa gift card and have an issue with it and do a paypal dispute (guess you cant do a chargeback) and win, does it put the money back on the card or does it just show up as a paypal balance and if it is a paypal balance is it subject to limitations and all that crap.
Also was going to get a few of these for myself so do i have to get the actual card or can i get the giftaccount they advertise |
